Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are created and maintained for all patient visits and activities like outpatient/inpatient visits, medical history, surgery history, diagnostics and pharmacy records.

Unique MR No valid for the life of the system is allotted to each patient and acts as a key to access the entire history of the patient.
